Add 15 Minutes
Add just 15 minutes of activity to your daily routine! You don’t have to workout vigorously for an hour or more to realize the benefits. Start with these ideas and then create more of your own:
- Walking (remember to include friends and family to make this activity more enjoyable)
- During lunch
- After work
- In the early evening
- Playing with the kids
- Shoot baskets after work
- Playing catch after work or in the early evening
- Sledding (that's right adults can still enjoy sledding)
- Any activity that you enjoy
- Swimming (remember indoor pools in the winter)
- Bicycling (you're never to old and you never forget how)
Set realistic goals regardless of the physical activity tips you choose (add 15 minutes each day and/or spend an hour on weekends).
